About Katrina
I’m Katrina, founder of Holistic Health NI, offering professional holistic therapies to support mind, body, and spirit.
My journey into this work began over 17 years ago during one of the most challenging periods of my life. I was struggling with work-related stress, family illness, poor sleep, anxiety, and the physical effects of constant pressure. Later, difficulties with pregnancy in my mid-30s and postnatal depression after the birth of my youngest daughter deepened my need for change.
I decided to leave a successful sales career and retrain as a holistic therapist after experiencing the benefits of complementary therapies myself. Since then, I’ve been using my skills to help others find relief, balance, and a renewed sense of wellbeing.
Over the years, holistic treatments have supported me through grief, my daughter’s ASD diagnosis, and many personal challenges. Each experience has given me deeper empathy, which I bring to every treatment I offer, whether it’s reflexology, therapeutic massage, or a customised combination of therapies.

Every client is unique, so I always begin with a consultation to ensure the treatment meets their needs at that moment, whether they are seeking relief from stress, managing a specific condition, or simply enjoying some well-deserved relaxation.
I work with adults, children, and whole families, offering treatments adapted for pregnancy, fertility, menopause, women’s health, palliative care, and emotional wellbeing. Step into a calm and welcoming treatment room in Kilroot Business Park, Carrickfergus. The space is softly lit, with relaxing music, a heated treatment bed, and my famous giant salt lamp. Where suitable, aromatherapy is used to enhance relaxation, while ensuring the atmosphere is always comfortable and tailored to your preferences.
My treatment room’s quiet location offers plenty of parking and is close to other like-minded wellbeing professionals, making it a peaceful hub for holistic health in Carrickfergus.

My Training & Expertise
I began with energy balancing techniques before training in reflexology and a wide variety of massage therapies. I’ve had the privilege of learning from respected industry leaders such as Sally Kay, Hagar Basis, Tony Porter, and David Wayte.

Have been to Inner Beauty Holistics a good amount of times. The massages are always good and so is the reflexology. The reflexology is that good I have fell asleep and woke my self up by hearing myself snore lol. Katrina is very good and always very easy to talk to, she is warm and friendly.
