By accessing our website or booking a treatment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

All treatments are provided by Katrina, a qualified reflexologist and holistic therapist with extensive experience in holistic health and wellbeing.
2. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments can be made securely through our online booking system, Fresha, or directly by phone or email.
When you make a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
You will receive confirmation and reminder notifications from Fresha (or by email/text if booked manually).
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment.
Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
No-shows may be required to pay in full before making future bookings.
If Holistic Health NI needs to cancel or change your appointment (e.g., due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule.
4. Payments
Payments can be made in person (cash or card) or online through Fresha or PayPal, depending on the service selected.
Prices are clearly listed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
All payments are in GBP (£) and include any applicable local taxes.
5. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for purchase via our website and can be used for any treatment offered by Holistic Health NI.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
6. Health & Safety
Before any treatment, you may be asked to complete a short consultation form to ensure your safety and wellbeing.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent injuries before your treatment begins.
All information shared is confidential and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
7. Medical Disclaimer
Holistic treatments at Holistic Health NI are designed to support relaxation and general wellbeing.
They are not a substitute for medical care or professional diagnosis.
If you have any medical concerns, please consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional.
8. Liability
While every care is taken to ensure a safe and comfortable experience, Holistic Health NI cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of proven negligence.
All treatments are provided at your own discretion and responsibility.
9. Website Content & Accuracy
All content on this website, including treatment descriptions, prices, and images, is provided in good faith.
We aim to ensure accuracy, but Holistic Health NI reserves the right to update or change information at any time without notice.
10. Complaints
We value your feedback and aim to resolve any issues promptly.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Irish courts.
